You may have encountered the challenge of limited PWM outputs on your microcontroller. The PCA9685 16-Channel PWM Servo Driver Module can help. Using two signal pins , you can control 16 free-running PWM outputs. Multiple modules can be connected, up to 62 modules for a total of 992 PWM outputswhen bus addressing and electrical loading allow.
PCA9685chip at the heart of this module is I2C-controlled and has a built-in clock. It does not require the microcontroller to continuously generate the PWM pulses—it operates independentlyafter configuration, leaving your microcontroller free for other tasks.

- 16-channel servo/LED control: Connect up to 16 servos or LEDs through the convenient 3-pin connectors, arranged in four groups for access.
- Chained Power: Connect up to 62 modules for a total of 992 PWM outputs—almost 1,000 independently configured PWM outputs.
