A store with personality

Rasmine and Teo.

Two people, each with a different role, are behind eBits. Rasmine is the director and leads the creative side of the company. She also inspired the woman in our logo.

We want to make electronics exciting and approachable. That is why we bring components and development boards together with inspiration, guides and the opportunity to ask us for advice. We are a Danish store and ship from Aarhus.

Do you ship outside Denmark?

Yes, we ship to both Denmark and Sweden. All orders are dispatched from Aarhus, Denmark.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time depends on availability, destination and shipping method. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.

Is shipping free?

DAO parcel-shop shipping within Denmark is free on orders from DKK 699. Shipping to Sweden and other delivery options are calculated at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

If you bought the wrong item or changed your mind, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been packed. Simply email: kontakt@ebits.dk with the subject: “Cancel order”. Remember to include your order number.

Can I return my product?

We always aim to ensure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we are happy to help. Just email us directly and we will guide you through the process.

What should I do if my product is damaged or faulty?

Yes, you can. You do not need an account to use eBits.
