Orders, prices and payment

Check the product model, variant, quantity and delivery address before placing your order. The total price, currency, shipping charges, applicable taxes and available payment methods are shown at checkout before you approve the purchase. Keep your order confirmation. Contact us as soon as possible if anything in your order needs to be changed; a change or cancellation before dispatch depends on how far the order has progressed through processing. This does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal.

Delivery and collection

We ship from Aarhus to Denmark and Sweden. Shipping options and prices are calculated for your cart and address at checkout. Local collection is available by prior arrangement. See our shipping policy for further details.

Withdrawal and refunds

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. Clearly notify us of your decision to withdraw at kontakt@ebits.dk, and return the goods no later than 14 days after your notification. See our returns and refunds policy for the procedure, return costs and any statutory exceptions.

Defects and complaints

Your mandatory consumer rights apply. For Danish consumer purchases, the period for making a claim for defects is generally 2 years from delivery; Swedish consumers may have a 3-year right to make such claims under Swedish rules. Contact us within a reasonable time after discovering a defect, providing your order number and a description. An internal 48-hour deadline does not limit your statutory rights concerning defects. For a justified claim, remedies and necessary return costs are handled in accordance with the applicable rules.

Technical information and advice

Check the specific model, revision, supply voltage and connections before use. Product descriptions, guides and AI responses help you choose and understand products; contact us if information is unclear or contradictory. Individual consultancy assignments and business agreements may have separate written terms, without restricting mandatory consumer rights.
