The MAX30102 is an integrated pulse oximetry and heart-rate monitoring biosensor module based on PPG (photoplethysmography). The PCB is small enough to wear on your wrist and includes openings for straps. It has an integrated 18-bit ADC for high quality. The sensor supports I2C data output and is compatible with most controllers.

MAX30102 provides optical raw data; heart rate and SpO2 require suitable algorithms, mechanical contact and validation. This development module is not a finished medical pulse oximeter. Check board regulation and I2C levels before connection.
