N6 soldering iron tip cleaner, 35g – Tip Activator

Soldering iron tip cleaner / Tip Activator

Soldering iron tip cleaner / tip activator – keep your soldering tip free from oxidation!

You have probably experienced oxidation on your soldering iron tip. The tip becomes dark and solder no longer wets it properly.

This cleaner removes oxidation and gives your tip a new lease of life!

Follow the activator and tip manufacturer’s temperature and contact-time instructions; the previous general 300–360°C and 20–30 seconds are not verified for the current mixture. Then clean as instructed and tin the tip.

Check whether the tip is clean and shiny and whether solder wets it properly. If not, repeat the cleaning process.
