TP4056 LiPo charger
Lithium batteries require a suitable charger and appropriate protection. This charger module includes an additional protection circuit.
Charge lithium batteries with a dedicated charger suitable for the cell chemistry. Incorrect charging can reduce capacity or cause fire. Our LiPo charger is affordable and lets you adjust the charging current to suit the battery.
This TP4056 charger module is designed for a single 4.2V lithium-ion or lithium-polymer cell. It combines USB-C input and adjustable charge current with a separate protection circuit. Check cell compatibility and current limits; protection does not make every battery or wiring arrangement safe.
This battery charger includes an additional protection circuit. Follow the battery manufacturer's limits and verify the module's terminal markings before connection.
Our battery chargers are powered through USB-C or two solder pads. Two built-in LEDs indicate charging and charge completion.
To adjust charging current, solder a different resistor value into the position shown:

Our battery chargers charges a compatible cell to 4.2V, with the maximum charge current set by the resistor table above. The module is supplied with a 1.2KΩ resistor, corresponding to a nominal 1000mA charge-current setting. If you need a soldering iron to replace the resistor, we recommend our favourite TS101 iron.
