5–20V QC/PD Fast-Charging Test Board

This trigger board requests a supported profile from a compatible charger; it does not generate higher voltage or extra power itself. Never request a profile the load cannot tolerate.100 W requires a suitable 5 A cable, charger and verified board current/thermal rating.

QC/PD Fast-Charging Test Board is a compact tool for developers, hobbyists and hardware testers who need to request and evaluate supported USB charging profiles. The module lists support for PD3.0/2.0, BC1.2 and other Quick Charge standardsand can request voltages up to 20V with a listed upper power rating of 100W, if the charger, cable, connectors and documented board current/thermal limits support it.

Check the documented overtemperature and overvoltage limits; integrated protection is not verified. With USB Type-C PD interface supports either connector orientation.

Voltage selection uses the configuration switches (CFG1–CFG3)to request a profile supported by the charger. The compact dimensions of 11 × 25,7 mm make it suitable for small test setups.
