Test your circuits under a constant electronic load that automatically adapts to your circuit. If you also need to measure battery capacity, this load provides a clear picture.
When developing electronics, you often need to test how a circuit behaves under different loads. With this electronic load tester, you can set a desired current and the load adjusts its internal resistance to maintain that current.
Our electronic load tester features intelligent functions for advanced testing. It is designed to assess and optimise battery performance with precision and efficiency.
As a bonus, this product is ideal for measuring battery capacity, as it also counts the battery's mAh.
Hardware protection
Both supply inputs feature reverse-polarity protection.
Software protection
OVP – Over voltage protection (Default 25.5V, adjustable);
OCP – Overcurrent protection (default 5.10A, adjustable);
OPP – Overpower protection (default 35.5W, adjustable)
OTP – Overtemperature protection (activates automatically when the load exceeds 80 degrees C)
LVP – Undervoltage protection (default 1.5V, adjustable)
If a software protection trips, the display flashes one of the above error codes (OVP, OCP, etc.).
User manual
Power the unit via micro USB or the 5V+ and 5V- contacts.
Turn the potentiometer to set the desired load current. The display shows the current setting.
The load is off when the unit starts. Press ON/SET to enable the load, and press the same button to disable it again.
The fan starts automatically when the load exceeds 40 degrees C.
All settings are saved when the unit is switched off.
