TXS0108E 8-channel bidirectional logic-level converter
Connecting a 5V sensor to a 3.3V microcontroller need not be a hassle with this handy logic-level converter.
Logic-level converters make it easy for sensors and microcontrollers operating at different digital voltages to communicate. Connect side A to the lower voltage (such as 3.3V) and side B to the higher voltage (such as 5V). Pass the signals through the converter and they are automatically converted to the correct voltage on each side.
As a bonus, this converter is bidirectional and automatically detects signal direction. It is ideal for converting I2C communication, where data flows in both directions.

Warranty and shipping
We do our best to test all electronics before sending them to you.
This helps us deliver good work and saves you unnecessary trouble during development. Faults can occur, but we see them very rarely. If there is a problem with the equipment you ordered, you can always contact us, and we will be happy to help resolve it.
We dispatch from Aarhus to Denmark and Sweden. Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout. Delivery time depends on availability, destination and shipping method; contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.
TXS0108E translates digital logic signals, not power supplies or analogue signals. Keep connections short and follow datasheet requirements for capacitance, pull-ups and OE. Long cables and heavy loads can make signals unstable.
