IRF520 MOSFET module / PWM driver for DC loads
Need PWM control but not enough current for larger actuators?
Or is the pump or motor you want to use controlled only by a DC voltage?
The IRF520 can switch DC loads using PWM. It is not a logic-level MOSFET: low on-resistance is specified at a 10V gate voltage, and direct 3.3V/5V GPIO drive does not guarantee full enhancement. Use a suitable gate driver and size current, cooling and protection for the load.
The module is ideal for controlling the following loads:
- Motors
- LED strings
- Heating elements
- Fans
- Pumps
