High-power MOSFET module / AOD4184A transistor module
Control larger loads with small control signals.
A microcontroller's GPIO pins cannot directly power motors or other substantial loads. A transistor can switch a separate supply, but selecting a transistor, connecting its pins and adding pull-down resistors can be complicated.
We offer this transistor module to make it easier to complete your project.
The module contains two MOSFETs and supports switching loads and PWM control of lighting, motor speed or heating. Usable current depends on cooling, wiring and the specific board; a continuous 15A rating has not been verified for the stocked module.
A convenient "on" LED shows when your microcontroller activates the transistors.
The module is suitable for controlling the following loads:

- Pumps
