We recently came across this somewhat more extensive project: a fully functional weather station! Most of the electronic components are available from us. The project is based on an ESP32, temperature sensor, Hall effect sensors — current selection; check compatibility and a barometric pressure sensor. The project was written by Giovanni Aggiustatutto, who has done a fantastic job!
