Solder paste is ideal for SMD soldering!
Lead-free low-temperature solder paste for SMD work with suitable temperature-controlled soldering equipment. The listed alloy is Sn42Bi58, with a melting point around 138°C. Use a suitable reflow profile and ventilation; do not use household equipment that will later be used for food or clothing.
